Anglo-French brasserie Randall & Aubin, famous for their sumptuous menu of British seafood and meat dishes, has come to vibrant Bridge Street in Spinningfields, Manchester.

Randall & Aubin was established in Soho, London, as a butchers in 1911, selling only the best produce and very quickly becoming one of the finest shops in town. For the past 20 years, the celebrated and much loved restaurant Randall & Aubin continues in that same tradition of excellence, serving the freshest seafood and mouthwatering rotisserie meats, with premium ingredients from carefully chosen and local suppliers where possible.

After an international search, the co-founders, renowned Chef Ed Baines and restauranteur Jamie Poulton, felt Manchester was, without doubt, the perfect place for their new home. The positivity and entrepreneurial energy of the city, the warmth of the community, the culinary passion and the enthusiasm for a great night out perfectly embodies the spirit of Randall & Aubin.

Ed believes that great food is about great cooking with nowhere to hide. The approach to dining at Randall & Aubin is ‘everything for everyone’. We serve hearty dishes of the highest quality, in a welcoming atmosphere, and champion honest food and honest cooking that celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The majority of the meat served at Randall & Aubin is cooked on the Rotisserie - the slow-rotation over a naked flame creates the most succulent flavour whilst crisping and caramelising the meat. Sunday will always be celebrated with prime Rotisserie beef served in a traditional way and, as Ed will tell you himself, “it is the finest beef to be found in Britain.”
