WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED CHEFS/COOKS FOR THE FOLLOWING ROLES:

SOUS CHEF      CHEF DE PARTIE      COMMIS CHEFS

KITCHEN PORTERS      CATERING STUDENTS      TRAINEES

FOR ALL ROLES YOU WILL NEED:

  • Experience working in a similar environment, ideally Rosette or Michelin guide establishments.
  • Strong passion for food and produce and be able to constantly work to high standards
  • To be organised and comfortable working under pressure

You will be expected to work a five-day week, over seven shifts to a maximum of 46 hours per week under agreed basic terms
