We all know that the way to dad's heart is through his stomach, so this Father's Day at Randall & Aubin we're doing away with moderation and treating dads to a four-course feast, ending in a decadent cheese and port stupor.
Starting with a rather luxurious take on the classic prawn cocktail, made instead with lobster and truffle, the meal is continued with a carnivorous carpet bagger steak, stuffed with Jersey oysters, wrapped in smoked bacon and served with pommes rosti and sides. Caramelised apple cake will satisfy dad's sweet tooth, and all guests are encouraged to finish on a heady high with a selection of three artisan cheeses and a glass of ruby port.
Bring dad to dine beneath the disco ball this Father's Day, and encourage the old man to let his remaining hair down and pop a cork or two (and maybe a couple of shirt buttons!).
