Christmas is a time for good cheer, joy to all men, and of course a definite excuse to over-indulge in delicious food and raise a glass of ‘festive’ fizz (What makes it festive? Why, we’re drinking it in December of course!) And for those that want all the luxury of a Christmas dinner without having to cook it themselves, head to Randall & Aubin to make merry with our set menu.
Available from 1st December and throughout, it includes delectable starters such as smoked salmon terrine or Aubrey Allen beef and short rib pithivier, while for main course you can opt for a traditional Rotisserie Warwickshire bronze cranberry stuffed crown of turkey, or perhaps plump for Baked cod steak with Lancashire cheese and brioche crust. Plump being the operative word, as afterwards you’ll need to choose between Christmas pudding, Cheesecake with caramel or Randall & Aubin apple pie - with of course the obligatory cheese board to finish.
