We have done a short video with Ed Baines who talks through the full menu and even cooks the Secondo Dish being served at the Venetian night - giving you a taster of what's to come! Pan-fried cod fillet, with polenta mousse, anchovies, fried capers & candied tomatoes. Our mouths were watering as we filmed in the kitchen - the polenta tasted as delicious as it looked in the making!
