This Lunar New Year, Chef Ed Baines teams up with Chef & TV Presenter Ching He Huang for a special culinary celebration. Over 20 years after they first met, they’re back together for a reunion full of delicious food, great company, and celebration.

Available from February 16th for two weeks only.

Ching He Huang’s Prosperity Salad – £17.50
Roasted chilli-garlic prawns, crispy noodles, crudités, cashews, mushrooms, grapefruit & plum & oyster sauce

Char Siu Monkfish – £32
Scottish monkfish with soy & garlic pak choi, beurre blanc sauce, alongside a
towering bao bun stuffed with succulent prawns & sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds

Lychee & Mango Sorbet – £8
with a baijiu-soaked cherry & a golden fortune cookie
