This Diwali, Karan Gokhani of Hoppers London joins Ed Baines of Randall & Aubin for a one-week culinary collaboration at R&A.

On the menu: Ed’s Seafood Goan Curry, inspired by Karan’s Indian 101 Goan fish curry and given an R&A twist, with the day’s freshest catch; like John Dory, cod, sea bream, large prawns, and clams, served with spiced grilled potatoes, turmeric black lentils, lemon and garlic spinach, basmati rice, and tomato chutney
