The Venetian Night 5th July 2018
Chef Ed Baines is recreating a sumptuous Venetian Menu for one night only at Randall & Aubin, 64 Bridge Street. We have done a short film with Ed who talks through the menu and even cooks one of the dishes .. the Secondo of Pan-fried cod fillet, with polenta mousse, anchovies, fried capers & candied tomatoes ... this is a special one night only event and we so hope to see you there. It is for 30 guests only so book early!
